Begging to refer you to my Letter No 43/82, of 26th May ultimo, relative to the probability of my being called on to refund to the Audit Office, Calcutta, all pay and allowances received by me since the departure of Her Majesty's 26th Regiment from this place in March last, and to your "Letter No 2/08 of 8th November in reply.
